Event triggers
Taleo notifications and CSW steps, Oracle Recruiting Cloud and HCM events, vendor webhooks, schedules and SFTP file drops all start an integration.
Mapping & transformation
SOAP, REST, XML, JSON and CSV, with your business rules applied in between: filters, lookups, code mappings and formatting.
Write-back
Results go back to the candidate or worker record in Taleo or Oracle HCM, so recruiters and HR never re-key vendor data.
Retries & alerts
When a vendor or Oracle is down, calls retry automatically on a back-off schedule, and we are alerted before you notice.
Run log & audit
Every run is recorded with its input, its result and any error, so you can answer "what happened to this candidate?" in seconds.
Your own dashboard
Each client gets its own sign-in at its own address, showing its integrations, run history, hosted forms and entries, with CSV export.
Data kept separate
Each client's data lives in its own database. Nothing of one client is stored with another's.
Sandbox first
Every integration is built and proven against your test tenant before production, then runs side by side with the old one before we switch.

Replacing your current middleware
Take over integrations from Make, Zapier, retired connectors or in-house scripts
If your integrations run on a general automation tool, a connector your vendor stopped supporting or a script only one person understands, we port them one at a time. Each new integration runs in shadow beside the old one, we compare the results, and only then do we switch. The old one stays available as a rollback until you are comfortable.

Do we need Oracle Integration Cloud?
No. We can host the integration for you as managed middleware. If you already own Oracle Integration Cloud, we can build on it instead.
Can you connect a vendor that is not an Oracle Validated Integration?
Yes. If the vendor has an API, a file feed or an email address, we can connect it to Taleo, Oracle Recruiting Cloud or Oracle Cloud HCM.
Can we see what the integrations are doing?
Yes. Your own dashboard shows each integration, every run with its result, hosted form entries and a CSV export. Your users sign in with their own accounts.
What happens when a vendor or Oracle is down?
Calls retry automatically on a back-off schedule and we are alerted. Nothing is lost; the run log shows exactly what was retried and when it succeeded.
Can you take over an integration someone else built?
Yes. We rebuild it on our middleware, run it in shadow beside the existing one, compare results and switch only when they match.
