What is Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)?
Oracle Recruiting Cloud is the recruiting module of Oracle Cloud HCM (Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM). It shares one data model with Core HR, so requisitions, candidates and new hires live in the same system as your workers.
Should we move from Taleo to Oracle Recruiting Cloud?
If you run, or plan to run, Oracle Cloud HCM for Core HR, ORC removes the Taleo to HCM integration and keeps recruiting and HR on one platform, where Oracle ships its new recruiting features. We start with an assessment of your Taleo setup so you know the scope before you commit.
Can our Taleo data move to ORC?
Yes. Open requisitions, candidates and selected history load through HCM Data Loader. Attachments and older history have limits, which we size during the assessment.
What are Oracle Journeys?
Journeys is Oracle Cloud HCM's guided task framework for onboarding, pre-boarding, offboarding and other employee events. Each journey is a personal checklist of tasks such as documents, forms, e-signatures and videos, assigned automatically when the event happens.
